We were very excited to hear today that the adoption house we are working with in Colombia has received their re-accreditation! This means that referrals can start coming again :)
(other adoption houses haven't quite gotten their approvals yet, but we pray they will shortly!)
Even though a referral may not be in the near future for us since we are on hold, it is very encouraging to hear this news and we are excited for the families we know who are waiting!

Hello! I just came across your blog today as I was scouring the internet for some information on Los Pisingos' re-accreditation. We are in the process of adopting from LP as well. Our agency just e-mailed saying that Los Pisingos re-accreditation was denied, but it sounds like your agency had different news for you. I'm just trying to figure out what is going on...
ReplyDeleteThat definitely would be news to a lot of people at our agency! Our agency was working with a few adoption houses, and there was one that hasn't been re-accredited yet, but they had told us Los Pisingos was... I hope things have not changed. Good luck to you guys!!
